The Taiwan Stock Exchange Weighted Index fell for the second consecutive day in Taipei, dropping by 0.4% to 22,140.34 points. Taiwan Semiconductor contributed the most to the index's decline, falling by 0.6%. Haiyue International Development Co., Ltd. experienced the largest decline, dropping by 6.2%
