Individual Stock News

1.  SANERGY GROUP (02459.HK) responded to a 98% plunge in stock price: Some shareholders' holdings were forcibly liquidated.
    
2.  MIDEA REAL EST (03990.HK): As of the eight months ended on August 31, 2024, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a contract sales amount of approximately RMB 25.91 billion, with a corresponding sold construction area of approximately 2.307 million square meters.
    
3.  POWERLONG (01238.HK): Kingkey Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor considering various factors (including its available internal resources), effective from September 3, 2024.
    
4.  China Telecom (00728.HK): The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.1671 per share (tax included) for the first half of 2024, with the record date on September 10, 2024, and the ex-dividend date on September 11, 2024.
