智通財經 APP 訊，復星旅遊文化 (01992) 發佈公告，於 2024 年 9 月 4 日，賣方復星旅遊文化集團 (香港) 有限公司 (公司全資附屬公司) 與買方 ESKY.PL S.A.訂立買賣協議，據此，賣方已同意出售，而買方已同意購買目標公司 Thomas Cook Tourism (UK) Company Limited 的 100% 股權，最高總代價為 3000 萬英鎊。

公告稱，目標公司的主營業務為英國線上旅行社業務，與集團的核心競爭力及戰略重點不符。集團擬專注其主要業務領域及向集團的核心業務分配資源以提高集團業務運營的效率及成效。

於評估目標公司的業務及財務表現後，董事會認為目標公司並不符合集團的戰略目標。出售事項將降低進一步財務虧損的風險。
