# Nike 行政總裁將離職 由退休老將接任

> 耐克執行長多納霍將於 10 月 13 日退休，由 Elliott Hill 接任。多納霍自 2020 年擔任 CEO，推動公司收入在 2023 年度突破 500 億美元，但因市場競爭和中國市場放緩，收入再次回落。Hill 在耐克工作 32 年，曾任消費者與市場部門主管。消息公佈後，耐克股價在盤後交易中上漲逾 9%。

運動用品生產商 Nike(耐克)，行政總裁多納霍 (John Donahoe) 將於下個月退休，由 Elliott Hill 擔任總裁兼行政總裁。

根據公司公告，64 歲的多納霍將於 10 月 13 日離開行政總裁職位，Hill 將於次日履新。多納霍其後成為公司顧問，直至明年 1 月底止。

消息曝光後，Nike 股價在市後延長交易時段升逾 9%，周四收市微漲 0.1%。

多納霍自 2020 年擔任 Nike 行政總裁後，一直推動集團加速發展直接面對客戶的銷售渠道，推動公司收入在 2023 年度突破 500 億美元。不過，市場激烈競爭以及中國市場放緩，令到 Nike 收入再度回落至 500 億美元以下。分析員相信，Nike 換人是希望重振銷售表現。

Hill 是 Nike 老臣子，在公司已工作 32 年，2020 年退休。他最後的工作職位是消費者與市場部門主管。
