# 小摩強化核心業務 任命新掌舵人引領科技與醫療投行發展

智通財經 APP 獲悉，摩根大通 (JPM.US) 正在對其技術和醫療投資銀行業務的高層管理團隊進行重組，提拔了這兩個關鍵領域的新領導。根據彭博新聞社看到的一份內部備忘錄，這家總部位於紐約的銀行已任命 Pankaj Goel、Madhu Namburi 和 Drago Rajkovic 為技術投資銀行全球主席，同時，Mike Gaito 將擔任醫療保健全球主席。  

這一人事變動突顯了摩根大通——美國資產規模最大的銀行——在醫療保健和技術這兩個歷來交易活躍的領域中，保持其高級人才隊伍活力和競爭力的決心。

在備忘錄中，全球銀行聯席主管 Doug Petno 和 Filippo Gori 表示：“這四位新領導人在公司內部擁有豐富的經驗，對我們投資銀行業務的增長起到了關鍵作用。我們的客户和同事將從他們的廣泛網絡、戰略洞察力和市場專業知識中獲益良多。”

所有四位新任主席將直接向 Petno 和 Gori 彙報工作。

Goel 此前擔任北美技術投資銀行聯席主管，Namburi 曾是全球技術主管，而 Rajkovic 最近擔任副主席。Gaito 此前則是醫療保健投資銀行全球主管。

在另一份備忘錄中，摩根大通宣佈 Ben Carpenter 和 Jeremy Meilman 被任命為醫療保健投資銀行業務的全球聯席主管，Chris Grose 和 Greg Mendelson 則被任命為技術投資銀行業務的全球聯席主管。他們將向投資銀行業務全球聯席主管 Jay Horine 和 Dorothee Blessing 彙報。

Carpenter 將繼續兼任北美併購業務的聯席主管。
