# Interconnectedness 10th Anniversary, Tim Cook: More room for future development

今年是內地與香港股市互聯互通開展 10 周年，港交所 (00388) 董事會資深顧問史美倫認為，在互聯互通基礎上，將來仍有很多產品可以發掘，有更多空間可以發揮。

內地股票市場發展逾 30 年，1993 年首隻 H 股來港上市。史美倫接受香港電台訪問時，提到當年任職香港證監會，並作為代表參與過籌劃建立 H 股在港上市架構及相關必備條款等。

她認為，H 股來香港上市，將兩個市場打通，協助內地企業集資，2014 年推出的互聯互通正是在這個基礎上進行，是一個大突破。機制至今 10 年，是非常成功的例子，兩地投資者可以互相投資對方市場，是雙贏方案。

史美倫表示，香港未來角色及定位不變，而本港的國際化一定要不斷提升，因愈國際化，對國家價值愈大。
