# US nuclear power concept stocks generally rose, with NuScale Power and Oklo up to 30%, Amazon announced investment in SMR

Oklo Inc., a company developing fast breeder reactors, surged by about 28% to $14.99, approaching its intraday historical high of $18.80 set on May 10th. NuScale Power Corp. rose by over 30%, Centrus Energy Corp. expanded its gains to 18.6%, and Cameco Corp. briefly rose by 5.7%. In the nuclear power ETF sector, VanEck Uranium and Nuclear ETF increased by 4.8%, while Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF also rose by 5.2%. AWS, a subsidiary of Amazon, announced that it has signed an agreement with Dominion Energy, a utility company in Virginia, to explore the prospects of developing small modular nuclear reactors
