# 31 Provincial Economic Third Quarter Reports: Guangdong and Jiangsu Join the 9 Trillion Club, 18 Regions Outperform the National Average

With Heilongjiang, Shanxi, and Qinghai announcing their economic "report cards" on October 30, the GDP data for all 31 provinces for the first three quarters of 2024 has been released. In terms of total volume, Guangdong and Jiangsu have entered the "9 trillion club"; in terms of growth rate, 18 provinces exceeded the "national line," with Tibet leading in growth. It was found that there are 13 provinces with GDP exceeding 3 trillion in the first three quarters, namely Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Henan, Sichuan, Hubei, Fujian, Hunan, Anhui, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hebei, which is the same as the same period last year.
