> 宜明昂科因大折讓配股，股價一度下跌 11.2%，最低見 7.48 元，現報 7.75 元，跌幅 8%。公司配售 3315 萬股新股，每股配售價 7.05 元，集資約 2.34 億元，折讓約 16.27%。配售所得款項將用於非小細胞肺癌及三陰性乳腺癌的臨牀研究、晚期實體瘤的研究及補充營運資金。

大折讓配股的宜明昂科 (01541)，股價應聲下瀉，一度低見 7.48 元，挫 11.2%，新造 7.75 元，仍急跌 8%，成交有 1320 萬元。

集團公布，配售 3315 萬股新股，每股配售價 7.05 元，集資約 2.34 億元。

配售價較上日收市價折讓約 16.27%；配售股份相當於擴大後已發行股本約 9.5%。

該公司表示，擬將配售所得款項淨額約 30% 用於為在中國進行 IMM2510 聯合化療一線治療非小細胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 和三陰性乳腺癌 (TNBC) 以及治療其他實體瘤的 Ib/II 期及進一步臨床研究提供資金；約 30% 用於為在中國進行 IMM2510 聯合 IMM27M 治療晚期實體瘤的 Ib 期及進一步臨床研究提供資金；約 10% 用於為在中國進行 IMM01(替達派西普) 與阿扎胞苷聯合療法以及 IMM01(替達派西普) 與替雷利珠單抗聯合療法的關鍵性臨床研究提供資金；約 30% 將用於補充公司營運資金，並作一般企業用途。
