# EQT 完成了對 PropertyGuru 的收購

EQT 已通過 BPEA 私募股權基金 VIII 完成對 PropertyGuru 的 14 億美元（11 億美元）的收購。

此次合併對價較 PropertyGuru 5 月 21 日的收盤股價溢價 52%，同時較該公司 30 天和 90 天的成交量加權平均股價分別溢價 75% 和 86%。

PropertyGuru 的普通股在 12 月 13 日市場開盤前停止交易，該公司已從紐約證券交易所退市。PropertyGuru 將作為一傢俬人公司運營。

EQT 將推動 PropertyGuru 的戰略舉措，加強其在東南亞 PropTech 領域的地位，並在受城市化、中產階級擴張和數字化影響的動態市場中推動增長。
