# 天津銀行擬出資 5 億元投資捷信消金

智通財經 APP 訊，天津銀行 (01578) 發佈公告，2024 年 12 月 20 日，該行與廣州晶東貿易有限公司、網銀在線 (北京) 商務服務有限公司、中國對外經濟貿易信託有限公司、天津經濟技術開發區國有資產經營有限公司、Home Credit N.V.、捷信消金簽訂協議，據此，該行將出資人民幣 5 億元，投資捷信消金 (捷信消費金融有限公司)。

公告稱，投資捷信消金，有利於該行拓展普惠金融客羣、增強普惠金融發展能力，在新發展格局中與其他投資者相互促進、協同發展，推進專業化市場化運營、創新金融產品以及提升盈利能力等，有助於該行在激烈的市場競爭中保持競爭優勢，實現可持續發展。因此，董事認為，協議條款屬公平合理，並符合該行及股東的整體利益。
