# 北汽藍穀子公司百億增資計劃落地 寧德時代、小馬智行參投

> 北汽藍谷宣佈其子公司北汽新能源與 11 家戰略投資者簽署增資協議，獲得 81.5 億元增資，增資總額達 101.5 億元。此次增資後，北汽藍谷的持股比例從 99.99% 降至 71.69%，仍為控股股東。

智通財經 APP 訊，12 月 24 日，北汽藍谷 (600733.SH) 公告稱，子公司北汽新能源與北京國有資本運營管理有限公司、北京市基礎設施投資有限公司及小馬易行、問鼎投資在內的 11 家戰略投資者簽署《增資協議》，共計獲得 81.5 億元增資。公開資料顯示，問鼎投資是寧德時代全資子公司，是寧德時代對外投資的重要平台。

此前，北京汽車以非公開協議方式向北汽新能源增資 20 億元，北汽新能源本輪增資總額合計為 101.5 億元。本輪增資完成後，北汽藍谷持股比例由 99.99% 變為 71.69%，仍為北汽新能源控股股東。
