# CHAMPION TECH: Du Yanfang resigns as non-executive director

According to the announcement from Champion Tech Group (00092), Du Yanfang has decided to resign from her position as a non-executive director of the company due to the need to devote more time to other matters. Du Yanfang has given the company her resignation notice, which has been agreed upon, and she will resign from her position as a non-executive director of the company effective December 27, 2024
