# Lao Heng He Brewing has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Lao Heng He Brewing (02226) stated that on December 6, 2024, the company received formal notification that the Office of the Leading Group for the Management of National High-tech Enterprise Recognition has approved its wholly-owned subsidiary Huzhou Lao Heng He Brewing Co., Ltd. ("Huzhou Lao Heng He") as a high-tech enterprise. The qualification as a high-tech enterprise is valid for 3 years.

According to national regulations, after being recognized as a high-tech enterprise, Huzhou Lao Heng He will be entitled to national tax incentives for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive fiscal years. Huzhou Lao Heng He will pay corporate income tax at a rate of 15% for three consecutive fiscal years from 2024 to 2026
