# Dexin's US IPO has been filed, planning to issue no more than 4 million shares of common stock

According to Zhitong Finance APP, on January 14th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice for the overseas issuance and listing of Texxon Holding Limited. The company plans to issue no more than 4,000,000 shares of common stock and list on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the United States.
