# 商旅文體展聯動吸引境外遊客 上海外來消費增勢明顯

> 自去年 4 月上海發佈促進商旅文體展聯動的措施以來，上海的外來消費顯著增長。正大廣場預計自 2024 年下半年起外國遊客將增多，主要來自日韓和東南亞。商場已更新指引為中英文雙語，並優化支付方式，增設外卡收銀服務，以簡化海外遊客的支付流程。

自去年 4 月上海發佈進一步促進商旅文體展聯動吸引擴大消費 16 條措施以來，上海各相關業態積極為消費者提供更豐富的消費產品、更優質的消費服務、更多元的消費場景，外來消費增勢明顯。 地處陸家嘴核心區域的正大廣場自 2024 年下半年起外國遊客開始增多，近期客流增長更為明顯，主要以日韓、東南亞遊客為主。“我們對商場內的指引進行了全面更新，全部採用中英文雙語。在支付方式上我們也進行了優化，增設了外卡收銀服務，簡化海外遊客的支付流程。” 正大集團商業地產創新事業部首席執行官周佳璇對記者表示。
