消息面上，粵海投資已於 2025 年 1 月 21 日完成實物分派粵海置地股份。據悉，粵海投資此前建議以實物分派粵海置地股份的方式向股東派發特別股息，涉及分派 12.61 億股，佔粵海置地股本約 73.72%。

據悉，分派完成後粵海置地將不再為粵海投資的附屬公司，其財務業績亦將不再併入粵海投資的財務報表。通過本次分派，大股東粵海控股持有粵海投資 58.26% 股權不變，同時粵海投資將不再持有粵海置地股權，粵海置地將與公司成為兄弟公司。
