# YCIC Eco-Tech: The company's stock trading may be subject to delisting risk warning

ST Jiaotou announced that, based on preliminary calculations, the company's equity attributable to the parent company is expected to be negative at the end of 2024. According to relevant regulations, if the audited equity attributable to the parent company is negative at the end of 2024, the company's stock trading will be subject to delisting risk warnings after the disclosure of the "2024 Annual Report."
