聯合健康集團旗下的 UMR 同意支付至少 2030 萬美元以和解美國勞工部提起的訴訟，該訴訟指控其違反 1974 年《員工退休收入保障法》。

根據美國威斯康星州西區地方法院於 2 月 7 日提交的備忘錄，指控與 UMR 在 “真實急診政策” 下處理急診室索賠以及在 “UDS 協議” 下處理尿液藥物篩查索賠有關。
