# 古茗今暗盤交易 上限 9.94 元定價 據報申購 5 手或以下「全中」

> 古茗（1364）將於週三（11 日）掛牌，暗盤交易定價上限為 9.94 元，計劃額外增發 2,379 萬股，最終集資 2.32 億美元。國際配售佔比降至 56.5%，公開發售增至 43.5%。市場消息稱，認購 5 手或以下均「全中」，而認購 60 萬股可獲派 60 手。維升藥業也開始香港上市前預路演，集資最多 1 億美元。

內地茶飲連鎖店古茗（1364）將於周三（11 日）掛牌，今日有暗盤交易。據路透報道，該股擬以招股價上限 9.94 元定價，並行使發售量調整權，額外增發 2,379 萬股，最終集資 2.32 億美元（約 18.1 億港元）。是次發售中，國際配售佔比降至 56.5%，而公開發售增至 43.5%。

另據市場消息指出，該股認購 5 手（2000 股）或以下均「全中」，但認購 50 萬股（A 尾）亦只獲分派 6 手（2400 股）；相反，認購 60 萬股（B 頭）則可獲派 60 手（24,000 股）。

另外，IFR 報道，未有盈利的生物製藥公司維昇藥業已開始香港上市前預路演，集資最多 1 億美元（約 7.8 億港元）。
