中播數據 (00471.HK) 公佈，2025 年 2 月 11 日，公司與認購人訂立有關認購合共 570 萬股新股份的認購協議，相當於經擴大股份約 5.98%，以每股認購股份 0.85 港元認購價計算，總代價約為 484.5 萬港元。認購價較於 2025 年 2 月 11 日 (即認購協議日期) 收市價每股股份 0.82 港元溢價約 3.66%。預計所得款項淨額 (扣除開支後) 將約為 476.5 萬港元。公司擬將所得款項淨額用作集團的一般營運資金，預計將用約 200 萬港元用於支付專業費用；及約 280 萬港元用於支付員工薪金、辦公室租金、其他經營及水電費開支，預計於 2025 年 6 月前獲悉數動用。
