# U.S. stock market opens: Nasdaq rises 0.3%, AppLovin rises over 30% to hit a record high, Baidu rises over 4%

The S&P 500 index opened up 8.62 points, an increase of 0.14%, at 6060.59 points;

The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up 57.38 points, an increase of 0.13%, at 44425.94 points;

The Nasdaq Composite opened up 46.97 points, an increase of 0.24%, at 19696.92 points.

AppLovin rose 31.5%, Tesla rose 2.2%, TSMC ADR fell 2.2%, and NVIDIA rose 0.1%.

Chinese concept stock Baidu rose 4.1%, Alibaba fell about 2%, XPeng and NetEase fell over 3%, Li Auto fell over 4%, and the Chinese concept ETF YINN fell 5.7%.

Alibaba co-founder and chairman Joseph Tsai confirmed the collaboration between Alibaba and Apple
