# 富衞委任韋安祖、梁家駒和狄麗詩為董事會新成員

富衛集團布委任韋安祖、梁家駒和狄麗詩（「Laura Deal-Lacey」）為董事會新成員，同時宣布孫寶源卸任董事會職務，自 2025 年 2 月 18 日起生效。

富衛集團董事會主席馬時亨表示，歡迎韋安祖、梁家駒和狄麗詩加入董事會，共同引領富衛在亞洲十個市場的管治和發展。新任命令董事會更趨多元化，並注入了豐富的亞洲業務經驗，這對實現集團為大眾創造保險新體驗的願景至關重要。
