# Jidong Equipment: The company and its equity investee have not yet made arrangements or engaged in specific cooperation in the field of humanoid robots

According to the announcement from Jidong Equipment (000856.SZ), the company reiterated that as of the announcement date, its subsidiary Tangshan Jinyu Electric Co., Ltd. has not yet completed the registration of the "Beijing Humanoid Robot Industry Alliance" with the civil affairs department; the company and its equity investee have not yet made any arrangements or engaged in specific cooperation in the field of humanoid robots, and there is uncertainty regarding future arrangements and cooperation. The cement clearing robot developed by the company is a specialized device designed for the clearing application scenario in cement plants, and this device is currently still in the optimization and improvement stage. The company has not been informed of any similar products developed by enterprises under the Beijing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
