# The floor price hits a nearly 7-year high! Tianjin welcomes the first land auction after the Spring Festival

Tianjin welcomed its first land auction after the Spring Festival, with all seven residential plots successfully sold. The total planned construction area is 338,100 square meters, and the total transaction price is 3.834 billion yuan. The focus of this land auction was the Heping Shandong Road plot, which has a planned construction area of only 6,800 square meters. This plot attracted four real estate companies to bid, and after about 20 rounds of bidding, it was ultimately won by a consortium of Jincheng Construction and JBDC at a floor price of 43,449 yuan per square meter, with a premium rate of 8.8%.
