# GPED released its 2024 annual performance, with a net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.562 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.39%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GPED (000429.SZ) released its annual report for 2024. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 4.57 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.34%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.562 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 4.39%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.645 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 3.55%. The basic earnings per share were 0.75 yuan. It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of 5.23 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

As of the end of the reporting period, the company controlled a highway mileage of 306.78 kilometers, and the mileage of jointly controlled and affiliated highways totaled 295.88 kilometers, calculated according to equity ratios
