智通財經 APP 訊，赤峯黃金 (600988.SH) 公告，公司本次全球發售 H 股總數為 205,652,000 股 (行使超額配售權之前)，其中，香港公開發售為 20,565,200 股，約佔全球發售總數的 10.0%(行使超額配售權之前);國際發售為 185,086,800 股，約佔全球發售總數的 90.0%(行使超額配售權之前)。根據每股 H 股發售價 13.72 港元計算，經扣除全球發售相關承銷佣金及其他估計費用後，並假設超額配售權未獲行使，公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約為 26.76 億港元。

經香港聯交所批准，公司本次發行的 205,652,000 股 H 股股票 (行使超額配售權之前) 於 2025 年 3 月 10 日在香港聯交所主板掛牌並上市交易。公司 H 股股票中文簡稱為 “赤峯黃金”，英文簡稱為 “CHIFENG GOLD”，股份代號為 “6693”。
