The cumulative revenue for the first two months was NT$ 97.316 billion, a year-on-year increase of 17.28%. It is expected that revenue in the first quarter will reach NT$ 140.8 billion to NT$ 151.8 billion, with NT$ 43.5 billion needed in March to achieve the target. In response to market demand, MediaTek is optimistic about its performance in the first quarter but has not provided revenue growth estimates for 2025. It is expected that global smartphone shipments in 2025 will remain the same as in 2024, and revenue from WiFi 7 products is expected to grow by more than 100%" datetime: "2025-03-10T09:37:48.000Z" locales: - [zh-CN](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/231193424.md) - [en](https://longbridge.com/en/news/231193424.md) - [zh-HK](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/231193424.md) --- > 支持的語言: [简体中文](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/231193424.md) | [English](https://longbridge.com/en/news/231193424.md) # MediaTek's revenue in February reached NT$ 46.1 billion, setting a new record for the same period MediaTek's self-reported revenue for February fell below the NT$50 billion mark, dropping to NT$46.172 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 9.72%. However, this represents a year-on-year increase of 19.98%, marking a record high for the same period. MediaTek's cumulative revenue for the first two months reached NT$97.316 billion, an increase of 17.28% compared to the same period last year. MediaTek previously anticipated that first-quarter revenue would be around NT$140.8 billion to NT$151.8 billion. Market estimates suggest that MediaTek only needs NT$43.5 billion in revenue for March to successfully achieve its first-quarter operational target. MediaTek pointed out that due to the demand from China's smartphone subsidy policy and in response to global tariff uncertainties, customers have shown strong demand for products such as televisions, WiFi, tablets, and Chromebooks, leading to a first-quarter revenue performance expected to exceed seasonal levels. Due to high uncertainty in the overall economy, MediaTek did not provide revenue growth estimates for 2025. However, MediaTek expects that global smartphone shipment growth in 2025 will be comparable to that of 2024, with the 5G penetration rate expected to increase from 65% to between 67% and 69%. Additionally, WiFi 7 will accelerate the adoption of products such as customer broadband, laptops, and routers, with WiFi 7 product revenue expected to grow more than double by 2025 ### 相關股票 - [MediaTek (MTK.NA)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/MTK.NA.md) ## 相關資訊與研究 - [Airoha Technology Achieves Global Milestone as First Silicon Provider to Successfully Commercialize prplOS-based Fiber Broadband Platforms](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/280974927.md) - [MediaTek, Unit to Buy Software, Licenses for NT$22.8 Billion](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/274923471.md) - [MediaTek Vice Chairman and CEO Dr. Rick Tsai to Headline COMPUTEX 2026 with a Keynote on the Future of AI](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/280965369.md) - [MediaTek's Sales Drop 10% in November; Shares Drop 4%](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/269322366.md) - [The Trump administration’s antitrust honeymoon is over](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/news/281398996.md)
