# 蔚來被曝裁員 10%

> 蔚來公司上週進行了約 10% 的裁員，涉及多個部門，包括 UR Fellow、PT 能源部門、NIO House 運營及售後服務團隊。裁員主要集中在銷售團隊和服務板塊，部分地區裁員比例差異較大，如深圳地區 UR Fellow 團隊裁員比例達到 50%。裁員流程迅速，部分員工在 20 分鐘內完成交接。

上週蔚來對 UR Fellow、PT 能源部門、NIO House 運營、售後門店等多部門及終端銷售團隊進行了不同程度的裁員調整，提供賠償及調崗等裁員方案。 此次裁員計劃的重心除鎖定在銷售團隊外，還將矛頭指向了一直以來內部最重視的服務板塊，涉及 UR Fellow 部門、NIO House、售後門店等售後服務部門。 多位知情員工表示此次裁員比例應該在 10% 左右，不同地區會有一定差異。上海地區的 UR Fellow 部門團隊總人數為 80 人左右，此次裁員優化掉 7 至 8 人，裁員比例在 10%，而深圳地區的 UR Fellow 團隊裁員比例達到 50%，部分被撤裁員工離開後已入職到目前正在建設用户服務的小米汽車。 蔚來員工表示，此次裁員的流程非常迅速，部分接受 n+1 賠償方案的員工從通知到完成交接，僅過了 20 分鐘。
