OSI 系統的股票在週四的最新交易中下跌超過 7%，原因是一份空頭賣家報告稱該公司在其墨西哥業務的財務報告中存在誤導。

Culper Research 的報告指出，該公司在與墨西哥國防部的合同義務上落後，但聲稱其已經確認了項目產品和安裝收入的 81%。

交易量約為 640,000 股，而日均交易量約為 222,000 股。
