# UNI PRINTSHOP's merger will take effect on March 18

According to the announcement from UNI PRINTSHOP (08448), all conditions for the share consolidation have been met, thus the share consolidation will take effect on March 18, 2025 (Tuesday). This date will also be the first day for trading the consolidated shares and for exchanging existing shares for the new shares resulting from the consolidation free of charge
