# Essential Properties Realty Trust 啓動普通股公開發行

> Essential Properties Realty Trust 已啓動 800 萬普通股的公開發行，承銷商有權額外購買 120 萬股。所得款項將用於一般企業用途。此次發行與預計與富國銀行證券和美國銀行證券的前期銷售協議相關。公告發布後，股價在盤後交易中下跌了 2.3%

Essential Properties Realty Trust 週二表示，它已啓動一項以預售方式承銷的 800 萬股公開發行，涉及預期的前期銷售協議。

該公司預計將與 Wells Fargo Securities 和 BofA Securities 簽訂這些協議，這兩家公司是此次發行的承銷商。

Essential Properties 表示，承銷商將有 30 天的選擇權，可以額外購買最多 120 萬股。

該公司表示，計劃將前期銷售協議結算的任何淨收益貢獻給其運營合夥企業，以換取 OP 單位，這些單位將用於一般企業用途。

Essential Properties 的股票在盤後交易中下跌了 2.3%。
