According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, BILLION IND (02299) stated that the company's current executive director Shi Haiyan and the current independent non-executive director Lin Jianming have been appointed as members of the company's nomination committee, while the current independent non-executive director Yu Weiming has been designated as the company's chief independent non-executive director, effective from March 24, 2025
