# ANALOGUE HLDGS new smart headquarters opened, becoming a successful case of revitalizing industrial buildings

One of the electromechanical engineering and technical service providers in Hong Kong, ANALOGUE HLDGS, held the opening ceremony of the "ANALOGUE HLDGS Design R&D and Training Center" and the group's new headquarters "ANALOGUE HLDGS Tower" today (21st), marking the group's investment in the future, commitment to innovation and productivity, and contribution to the upgrading and development of the engineering industry.

The Secretary for Development, Ning Hanhao, accompanied by the founder of ANALOGUE HLDGS, Pan Letao, Chairman Mai Jianhua, and CEO Chen Haiming, officiated at the opening ceremony of the "ANALOGUE HLDGS Tower" in the presence of Deputy Director Ye Shuiqiu from the Education and Technology Department of the Liaison Office, representatives from various government departments and the industry, as well as partners.

Secretary Ning Hanhao and the guests also visited the "ANALOGUE HLDGS Design R&D and Training Center" located within the building to learn about the group's advanced construction methods and digital technology R&D work, covering technologies such as the MiMEP (Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Synthesis Method), MiC (Modular Integrated Construction), Building Information Modeling (BIM), AI-driven Digital Twin, Internet of Things (IoT), liquid cooling for supercomputing centers, as well as various water purification, wastewater and waste treatment, and climate solutions, actively promoting the intelligent and low-carbon transformation of the engineering industry.
