# 歐科雲鏈委任德勤•關黃陳方會計師行為新核數師

> 歐科雲鏈宣佈，國衞會計師事務所同意辭任公司核數師，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效。董事會根據審核委員會的推薦，決定委任德勤•關黃陳方會計師行為新核數師，任期至下屆股東周年大會結束。

智通財經 APP 訊，歐科雲鏈 (01499) 發佈公告，經公司就建議更換核數師與國衞會計師事務所有限公司溝通後，國衞已同意辭任公司核數師，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效。  

經審核委員會推薦，董事會已議決根據公司組織章程細則第 176(a) 條委任德勤•關黃陳方會計師行為公司新核數師，以填補國衞辭任後的臨時空缺，自 2025 年 3 月 28 日起生效，任期直至公司下屆股東周年大會結束為止。
