智通財經 APP 訊，普拉達 (01913) 公佈，於 2025 年 4 月 10 日，該公司擬向 Capri Holdings Limited 收購 GIVI Holding S.r.l.(即 Versace 控股公司) 的全部股份，按企業價值 13.75 億美元 (相當於約 12.5 億歐元或 106.7 億港元)(須作出若干調整) 進行。
