# 紫荊國際金融附屬擬 210 萬港元出售 1 輛汽車

> 紫荊國際金融宣佈其全資附屬公司紫荊顧問有限公司將於 2025 年 4 月 15 日以 210 萬港元出售一輛賓利白色 Continental GT W12 汽車。董事會認為，此次出售是變現汽車價值的良機，將改善公司的財務狀況並增加營運資金。

智通財經 APP 訊，紫荊國際金融 (08340) 發佈公告，於 2025 年 4 月 15 日，賣方 (即公司全資附屬公司紫荊顧問有限公司) 與買方 (林毓先生) 就出售該汽車訂立買賣協議，代價為 210 萬港元。於本公告日期，該汽車由賣方合法及實益擁有。  

該汽車指 1 輛由賓利製造的白色 Continental GT W12，連同屬於其之所有物件 (包括但不限於鑰匙及服務手冊)、車牌及所有相關牌照。

經計及集團的當前財務狀況和未來流動資金需求，董事認為，出售事項為公司按合理價格變現該汽車價值的良機，及出售事項的所得款項將改善集團的財務狀況並增加其一般營運資金。
