According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Suncha Technology (001211.SZ) announced that a specific shareholder, Zhejiang Huaruitai Investment Co., Ltd. ("Huaruitai"), plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.7 million shares, accounting for no more than 3.8053% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of this announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading
