# Suntec REIT's DPU Rises 3.4% in Q1

Suntec REIT's distribution per unit or DPU rose 3.4% during the first quarter of 2025 to SG$0.01563 from SG$0.01511 a year earlier.

Distributable income rose 4.3% to SG$45.9 million from SG$44.0 million, according to a late filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Net property income rose 5% year on year to SG$77.1 million from SG$73.4 million. Meanwhile, gross revenue was up 3.4% on year to SG$113.5 million from SG$109.8 million, thanks to strong performances across all properties.
