The sales brochure for Phase 1 of the luxury residential project 1 Plantation Road, held by Wharf Holdings Limited (00004.HK) and developed and sold by Wheelock Properties, has been uploaded to the official website.

Phase 1 of the project offers 8 detached houses, with usable areas ranging from 5,513 to 6,122 square feet. The developer revealed that only a small number of detached houses will be launched in the first batch to meet market demand
