# XCEC received the "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ST XCEC (600777.SH) announced that on May 6, 2025, it received the "Notice of Case Filing" (Securities Regulatory Case Filing No. 0042025005) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The specific content is as follows: "Shandong Xinchao Energy Co., Ltd.: Due to the failure to disclose the periodic report (2024 annual report) within the prescribed time limit, according to the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, on May 6, 2025, we have decided to file a case against you/your unit. This is hereby notified."
