# Suven Pharmaceuticals Changes Company's Name to Cohance Lifesciences

Suven Pharmaceuticals has changed the company's name to Cohance Lifesciences with effect after receiving approval from India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The company will apply to the Indian stock exchanges, BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India, to effect the change of the company's name in due course.

The company's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
