# 廣州：進一步放寬電信、醫療、教育等服務領域外商投資准入條件

> 廣州市人民政府辦公廳發佈通知，提出進一步放寬電信、醫療、教育等服務領域外商投資准入條件，旨在推動服務貿易和數字貿易的高質量發展。該措施包括深化服務業對外開放，爭創國家服務貿易創新發展示範區，並加強與國際經貿規則的對接。

廣州市人民政府辦公廳印發廣州市以高水平開放推動服務貿易和數字貿易高質量發展若干措施的通知，其中提出，深化服務業對外開放。爭創國家服務貿易創新發展示範區，在制度創新開放、業態創新提升、區域協同發展等方面做示範。落實全國版、自貿區版跨境服務貿易負面清單，加強粵港澳大灣區開放措施與跨境服務貿易負面清單工作銜接，進一步放寬電信、醫療、教育等服務領域外商投資准入條件。在服務業職業資格、服務標準、認證認可、行業管理等方面，加強與《區域全面經濟夥伴關係協定》、《全面與進步跨太平洋夥伴關係協定》以及《數字經濟夥伴關係協定》等國際經貿規則對接。
