智通財經 APP 訊，中華銀科技 (00515) 發佈公告，本集團一直積極尋求新業務機會，以拓展其業務，提升長期增長及股東價值。本公司董事會欣然宣佈，於 2025 年 5 月 13 日，本公司與愛能森科技有限公司 (戰略合作伙伴) 訂立戰略合作協議 (戰略合作協議)，內容有關於數字能源、虛擬電廠、微電網及光儲充 (新業務) 的諮詢、設計、運營及投資建立戰略合作。

透過與戰略合作伙伴在新業務層面的合作，本集團將能夠提升其業務創新能力，增強其可持續增長能力，並從雙方的資源整合及優勢互補中受益。基於上述原因，董事會認為，訂立戰略合作協議符合本公司及其股東的整體利益。
