賢能集團 (01730.HK) 宣佈，旗下共居附屬公司品牌 Coliwoo 本月在新加坡阿拉伯街開設共居酒店 Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam，期望為旅客提供短期住宿體驗的另類選擇。該酒店樓高四層，設有 24 間客房，每間客房面積至少 15 平方米，配備先進的自助登記系統，旨在為旅客提供無憂的現代生活體驗。另外，Coliwoo 品牌另一項目 453 Balestier Road 亦預期會於今年 6 月開業。

賢能集團有限公司執行主席兼 Coliwoo 創始人林隆田稱，推出 Coliwoo Hotel Kampong Glam 是 Coliwoo 的一個戰略里程碑，除提供無縫銜接、靈活的短期住宿外，亦希望為賓客提供真實的沉浸式體驗，令新加坡的傳統、文化和 Coliwoo 社區建立深厚聯繫。
