# ST DYRS: 7.63% of the company's shares held by the controlling shareholder will be auctioned off judicially

\*ST DYRS announced on the evening of May 15 that 32 million shares held by its controlling shareholder Tianjin Dongyi Tianzheng Investment Co., Ltd. are to be judicially auctioned, accounting for 31.44% of its holdings and 7.63% of the company's total share capital. If this judicial auction is completed, Dongyi Tianzheng will hold 69.7804 million shares of the company, accounting for 16.63% of the company's total share capital. This judicial auction will not result in a change of actual control of the company
