公司季度晶片系統部門收入 52.6 億美元，差於市場預期的 53.2 億美元。公司稱物聯網、通訊、汽車、電力及感應器的投資放緩，部分被先進晶片投資抵銷。受美國出口管制影響，季內中國銷售佔比按年跌 18 個百分點至 25%。公司預測現財季淨收益介乎 67 億至 77 億美元，市場預期為 71.9 億美元；每股經調整攤薄利潤預測介乎 2.15 至 2.55 美元。

應用材料股價在市後交易跌 5.7%，報 164.85 美元。
