# Dali Technology Ties Up With Autonomous Ship Manufacturer to Develop Smart Optoelectronic Systems for Unnamed Maritime Sector

Zhejiang Dali Technology partnered with Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligent Technology, an autonomous ship manufacturer, for the development of intelligent optoelectronic systems for the unmanned maritime sector, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.

The Chinese infrared thermal imaging systems maker did not mention any price or timeline for the agreement, but it said that both parties agreed to establish a stable and long-term strategic partnership.

Dali Tech's shares closed less than 2% lower.
