# 美國批准 Verizon 以 200 億美元收購 Frontier

美國聯邦通信委員會 (FCC) 於週五批准 Verizon Communications(VZ.US) 與 Frontier Communications Parent(FYBR.US) 的合併交易，該交易價值 200 億美元。

FCC 在一份聲明中表示，經過審查後認為該交易將符合公共利益、便利及必要性。FCC 主席布卡爾 (Brendan Carr) 表示，通過批准交易，FCC 確保美國人民能夠從一系列良好的常識性勝利中受益。此交易將在全國各地的社區，包括美國農村，釋放數十億美元的新基礎設施建設。該項投資將加速從舊的銅線網絡過渡到現代的高頻網絡。
