According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Tianjin Jinhe Taicheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Lanjian as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The business scope includes: real estate development and operation; housing leasing; non-residential real estate leasing; property management, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Tianjin Taihong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of JBDC
